ya'll sure do have some orange clay up there! I'll never forget the first time I experienced wet clay...I was in college, spending my summer at the Bill Rice Ranch. It rained one afternoon, and as I was walking to my cabin, my foot hit a patch of clay and my white tennis shoes were never the same again! LOL!
You see, us Florida crackers have NO idea how to deal with that slippery stuff! Glad your kiddos are getting to experience it. : )
I don't know if the clay is a blessing or a curse! I know EXACTLY what you meant when you were talking about your no-longer-the-same white tennis shoes!! That stuff doesn't come out for anything!!!
The kids sure do love it though!!
It's hard to garden in however! It makes my very NOT green thumb even more prominent!
